      Pros

      There are a lot of great cultural positives to working at Bently Nevada. The people are great and being part of the larger Baker Hughes company is amazing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as a contract worker you are not able or allowed to participate in all the benefits of the site or company. Understandable, but unfortunate.
