A lot of trainings onboard, friendly team members, work from home setup

- Toxic working environment - Unrealistic internal deadline (your manager provides expected time to complete a job which mostly not atainable) within the Team - you will not be treated as senior accountant but more so you need to do what your manager wants to do without complain and you can't even suggest as they are not open for suggestions - management are pro-client, so that's why mostly the some staffs resigns less than a year because of the toxic environment which could affect mental health/health - no learning curve as there is a high expectation from you even if you are still a new hire - power tripping superior
