Great work environment - a lot of trust and empowerment The people who work there are genuine and professional Located in SE Portland in a hip and walkable area with lots of street parking The company has a really cool history Management seems to truly care about employees Office parties to celebrate birthdays, work and holidays

As technology changes the landscape of visual marketing, the company is changing too, to meet the demand which can make things feel scattered The pay is in the med-low range for Portland It's difficult to get management to add new costs/ increase budgets without making an ironclad case
