+Dinner claim is generous. You'll unironically need it because you'll be OTing 4/5 days a week. -I suppose if you like getting gaslighted you'll REALLY love it here.
Cons
- No structure for scheduling for design reviews. (i.e. last minute or simply setting "reviews" at 7,8pm.) - OT most of the time. 10-11pm is the norm. Otherwise you'll leave past midnight. - Low pay - Red flag: ratio of juniors to seniors to upper management has been skewed for a while. - Zero opportunities (which is tbh harder to justify compared to the above because there's no quantifiable metric to measure. You'll have to take my word for it)
