–Policies and procedures, specifically the anti-retaliation policy, are not followed if they pose a threat to the institution’s reputation –Lack of transparency and responsiveness when serious leadership or culture issues arise –High turnover at all levels suggests ongoing internal instability and possibly an issue with CEO –Employees working under problematic managers may find themselves unsupported despite formal policies –Unclear whether the college is on stable financial footing
