Pros
When it started it showed great promise. All the departments were led by senior faculties from reputed institutions in India and abroad, but within 5-6 years all of these people left. Salary is on time.
Cons
The faculty are overburdened with 16-22 hours/week of face to face teaching load. Additionally a lot of administrative work is handed out to the faculty leaving little or no time for research. Vacations can get cancelled any time. Appraisal is a joke, your performance review can say good but your in-hand pay hike can be in double digits.
