      None nothing at all and that’s the truth

      Cons

      Unsafe working conditions hostile working environment, no raises no benefits a lot of discrimination if you don’t understand Spanish then you don’t understand what’s going on around you and I find it to be an all around unsafe workplace

      Pros

      Easy going. Hours are good. Can easily get by with any level of job performance

      Cons

      Harder workers have a lot of slack to pick up from employees doing a poor or lazy job.
