Pros
I met some amazing people at Bennett and still keep in touch with them. Pay was decent. Hours were decent. Company functions were pretty nice. CEO, Marcia Taylor, is an amazing woman. She is down to earth and easily approachable. I feel she does care for the employees.
Cons
Certain aspects of management seemed to make things up on the fly. It felt like we were always behind the curve on things like social media and the latest trends. While the pay was decent, pay rises were not. No real bonus system in place for anyone not in management. Crowded campus with less than desirable parking. Located in a very congested area (to their credit this was not always a congested area).
