The company treats you like family. The scheduling is wonderful it works with you to make sure you get the days off that you need. Most of the employees are easy to get along with.

Lots of hours. unpaid meetings when your a manager. Have to go to lots of meetings on your days off. No hourly managers only salary. work anywhere from 50-80 hours a week with no overtime pay.
