      Consider state of leadership and management. Ultimately, it's about whether or not organizational structure will allow educators to serve/teach students with the support needed.

      The coworkers that I have. They are hard working and dedicated to providing their best efforts for the students.

      Cons

      The lack of financial,technical and other resources. The computers are old and in constant need of maintenance.
