Brilliant students - majority are young African American women, women of color, and women from underrepresented backgrounds - eager to learn and engage, voice their perspectives, and contribute to society.

Consider state of leadership and management. Ultimately, it's about whether or not organizational structure will allow educators to serve/teach students with the support needed.
