Bennett Toyota is a fun place to work because owner Rob Bennett cares about his employee staff and provides the right environment for employees to feel appreciated and able to perform their skill set.

Since auto dealerships are competitive long term employees can be very possessive of their positions and don't want to share with new employees coming in. Have seen people get pushed out.
