You can get some experience and getting a management role is easy enough since they get fired so often.
Cons
Rob Bennett has basically made sure that this place has no chance of success. He shows no signs of logic or stability and his angry outbursts make working with him or interacting with him a complete nightmare. Currently at least two of the stores are being told that they will likely close by the manufacturer. I doubt they can fix it because Robs disrespectful behavior and harassment of staff has led to the fastest turnover I have ever seen. They call managers at night to fire them over the phone, and fire people within days of telling them what a long career they are going to have here. Honestly I thought that the rumors could not be true but I promise you, this organization is worse than its rumors.
