Pros

Centrally located and easy commute. Office is walking distance to Lakewood Town Center. The construction guys out in the field are an amazing group of men who care about what they do.

Cons

In a very small office of about 20 people, 19 employees have turned over in the last 10 months. The owner is the "boss" so there is no one else to go to if you have a problem. One hour meetings turn into four with absolutely no purpose. The owner swears, screams, slams doors, and bullies the entire office. No systems, professional ethics or management oversight. No one knows what they are doing because the turnover is so drastic. People hired as a bookkeeper one day are the operations manager the next and then fired the day after that. Do not work for this company. The average employee only makes it 90 days.

Pros

Learning new Things and trying different programs, but that about it.

Cons

Good hard working employees get worked to death, harped on for every little thing not going right, and blamed for mess ups John dose until they quite or get fired. This place destroys good people who put 200% in to a company then get "hate" mail from superiors or have to put out fires that John sets with jurisdictions. You get blamed for financial ruin, but they will keep someone who doesn't do anything but sit there all day and twiddle there thumbs on company time. They told their employees they have to transfer funds to make payroll, and there is constant trades in the office trying to get paid. They want you to move forward with projects then won't cut a check to get what you need done. They try to cut corners in how things are done and land up paying for it twice. You get hired for one thing and then put into something you never have done before. John does not give up control or let you do your job fully. They let people go, and then the next day hires someone for that same projection the next day. There is no passing on information on work so whoever takes over has to figure it out (high turn around as well)., then get beat up cause its taking too long and you're not doing it right. This is the worse company I have ever worked.
