Pros
Great Brand that still has a halo, even though it quickly losing it luster. I'm very proud of the great products that we make. Great heritage and reputation.
Cons
Marketing is a rudderless ship. For example, someone had the brilliant idea of printing dollops on the color brochures to save money! As usual, we are scrambling to fix things...again. Giant Yo-Yo in the desert? This may be the stupidest idea yet, but at least the PR was picked up by the prestigious yo-yo news! An absolute embarrassment and a colossal waste of money. Our current marketing leadership are nice enough, but the rank and file needs a leader who can cut through this clutter and clean things up.
