      Pros

      The tips can be good if you get good people in your section. Food employee discount is 50% Coworkers

      Cons

      Giving away the majority of your income to the teppanyaki chefs regardless of wether you got a tip or not. Management is horrible. Doesn’t care about you or your personal life and will overwork you to the bone. Work all holidays 12 hour shifts

      Pros

      You can make good money once you build your own routine and build a relationship with regular customers.

      Cons

      The clientele can be very impatient, obnoxious and entitled, and it is not the healthiest work environment which adds to the stress. It can also be very unorganized and frustrating to be around.
