Teams are trusted to manage their own work, and there’s very little micromanagement, which creates a sense of autonomy and ownership. The culture is positive, friendly, and people are generally willing to help when you connect with them.

At times the organization can feel chaotic and a bit unstructured, which may make it difficult to quickly find the right people or information. Communication between teams could be more streamlined to reduce delays and confusion.
