      Pros

      Plenty of overtime, fairly new machinery and tools. Plenty of parking, modern building.

      Cons

      No annual pay review and below average rates of pay, bad management (being shouted at). Bad atmosphere and generally toxic environment. Overly noisy, no sick pay and very few benefits. Unwilling to teach you anything.
