Liars - Account Manager Benevolus Employee Review

Oh boy, oh boy... How do we address such a terrible review? Well I suppose it should start with the question - how did you know that you'd receive a base pay draw if we didn't tell you? We are legally required to tell you. This is what we have agreed upon with our client. This is not something new and we do not want anyone to be working for free... As far as what the job REALLY is? It's sales. It's hard. It requires a certain stamina. If you lack work ethic, you will NOT be successful here. We do not want to waste our resources on people who will be worried about doing hard work. But i can tell you the grinders, the go-getters, the positive attitude people do extremely well here and this is why we have a vigorous interview process to find the right match. Do some people fool us and lie to US that they are willing to put the work in? Sure as heck they do! Some people just want to be hired to say that they were hired and then don't even realize what they got themselves into and in all honesty reviews like these happen only if they are that type of person — this says to me you did not listen during your job interview. This tells me you did not listen during your training. We have a training packet. There is no way that our pay structure was not explained to you. I really do hope you find a good match and I'm sorry we did not work out for you, but the good news is we can all learn form our failures. We wish you the best of luck the in future Anonymous!
