      Meaningful work that the company does improving mental health of Australia The people who work here are amazing such a supportive environment Modern office spaces central office location

      Lack of development opportunities - not much progression Most of the training opportunities sit only with the clinicians anyone non clinical doesn’t get any Pay is not level across the wider group

      Beautiful, luxe office unlike anywhere I've worked before. Diverse client group and interesting work

      Cons

      Your worth is completely determined by your capacity to churn through 7 clients a day, 40 hours a week, without breaking a sweat. Let alone thoroughly assess if the client needs additional support outside of the EAP service.
