      - Excellent health ins - Unlimited PTO - Flexible schedule - Main office has nice amenities

      Cons

      - Poor alignment between departments/divisions of the company - Cannot meet the growing needs and demands of clients - Very high turnover - Lack of resources; if one person is out, entire teams are virtually on hold until they return - I could keep going, but it is not worth my time

      Pros

      Great people to work with in a company that is revolutionizing the Health Insurance space. Co-workers genuinely care about each other. Great experience working with data and making a difference in the healthcare space. When working with customers and clients, there is a real feeling of making a difference in identifying trends and savings opportunities.

      Cons

      Can be demanding and there are times that there are bottle necks or lack of resources when addressing projects.
