One of the best things about working here is how seriously the company takes its charitable values. They actually support causes, encourage volunteering, and make space for employees to get involved in the community. It feels good to work somewhere that’s making a real impact beyond just business. You're constantly learning from people who are sharp, driven, and genuinely collaborative. The vibe is positive and supportive, which makes a big difference day to day.

Whilst day to day management is strong, board level management could be more visible More communication or visibility from that level would go a long way.
