Benedictine School is a nice place to work because it is very fulfilling to work with the disadvantage children. I did not work with the students but working in the office was also great because you could still help these students in another way.
Cons
There were many things that could be improved. They could reinstate the 403B match that they took away. They could improve the health insurance plan. They could give a much needed pay increase.
