Pros
The other sales assistants I worked with were lovely - the interview process is good at out picking kind, friendly people to work in the stores. A generous staff discount was provided. Good training and an opportunity to develop skills and move up the ranks e.g. from sales assistant to bra fitter.
Cons
Unpredictable hours and often called in for shifts we were told we could not refuse. Lack of incentives and no personal sales targets. A lot of pressure from management on the students who worked part-time to work outside of their agreed hours.
