      Flexible work schedule / remote with COVID. Interesting products and lots of individual responsibility is possible if motivated.

      Cons

      Traditional organization structure, outdated/unclear processes engineering is outsourced. Slow promotion structure.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
