      Overall good job environment good pay great bosses good benefits great employees and good hard working coworkers and climate control

      Lots of hours extra dirty ran out of parts alot point system need be higher have to where prpp gear

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
