This is a family run company that cares. They do an amazing job at what they do and have some of the most talented loyal and committed people working there. The longevity of their tenure proves it.

Legacy technology and abusive IT leadership. Runs team like the military belittling, cutting down, name-calling, screaming, humiliating, micromanaging, aggressive and passive aggressive tactics. Absolutely toxic. Felt like being in a abusive relationship. Would recommend Benderson as a company but would never recommend any fellow IT professionals to endure this level of abuse. In addition to the abusive management style, the leadership and planning is terrible. It will be years before they are off the AS400 with this leader at the reins.
