Great cult, but not culture - Principle Consultant Bendelta Employee Review

Over the years I have seen the decline of a once good culture. Nowadays we just work with our favourites or friends and don't really explore collaborating with other pods/teams, it's best to get on the good side or inner circle of a PC or Director to ensure you get included in projects if not expect to feel excluded. It's no longer safe to 'think' and you risk not being included in projects if you want to be creative or voice an opinion. 'Recycling' past work and saying it's 'bespoke' is a norm here and I am disheartened when young and new consultants get told off for trying to give actual quality work.
