Pros
Great and kind teammates. We were well supported during the pandemic, specially the creation of pods. Investment in good office space and equipment. There are numerous projects and interest groups to help you grow and learn.
Cons
Lack of recognition and acknowledgement for individuals that provide unique skills. Unmanageable work hours. Expectation to work on weekends to beat deadlines. At times it seems the main focus is only to make money. Communication of changes can greatly be improved by more senior consultants. Lack of processes means a lot of double up on work and time wasted trying to figure out the best course of action.
