Pros

Feels great to help young people with problems. Caring environment. Family run treatment program with successful outcomes. A positive environment for troubled young adults and the employees that make a difference in their lives.

Cons

I think the Southern California location is great - near Los Angeles but away from the problems that big cities can bring. Benchmark Transitions is in a small family oriented community, so if you want big city life, you might consider this.

Pros

Benchmark has been in business almost 30 years and they gave me many opportunities and I was able to learn so much while I've been here. My supervisor was amazing and the owners are great people with a lot of knowledge about this industry.

Cons

The only downside is some of there senior staff are territorial.
