401k, there are no other pros....but I have to have a 20 word minimum, so here it is

Very high turnover rate! The owner is constantly yelling, the work atmosphere is tense, every body hates their job. No overtime--if you work over one day, you are expected to take a longer lunch the next day. Very strict & ridiculous office rules. I could go on....
