Management changes their tune every 20 minutes it seems. Policies or expectations always change depending on who is speaking to you. Clear biases against you or fellow team members can be clearly shown and done by your Regional, and you can be given disciplinary measures based on hearsay with no true investigation done into their accusations. They will bring you in to make it seem like things are great but then when you really get in they show their true colors. This management company is a Wolf in Sheeps clothing.
