      Pros

      Salary on time Alternate Saturday off Directors are always ready to help in your professional as well as personnel & financial problems. As a female employee ,i can guarantee that this is the most safe & secure place for female employees. No extra work hours. Company has simple policy "come on time & leave on time". No room for lazy employees & employees who are misbehaving/arguing or not following company's rule.

      Cons

      There are some small cons but they can be ignored

      Pros

      There is the best of good place to work. But company merged to Hatchbuck.com, which owner is from St. Louis, Missouri at Sep 2019. Legal Business Name : Polaris Software.

      Cons

      New Owner's HQ is not in CA any more

      Pros

      My start date was many years ago and at that time it was an amazing place work. Lots of promise, lots of recognition for a job well done. Many ways to make contributions and enhance the production of the software development growth for the company. Overall, at that time, a great place to gain experience and put ideas into place.

      Cons

      Rate of pay not competitive. Company now managed from another region of the U.S. which made uncertainty among former colleagues a common discussion.
