Pros
Giving overtime is what they're good at.
Cons
They aren't good at all about letting employees have vacations or any time off. Poor management and poor communication to employees. You work 60 plus hours a week and put in for vacation a month ahead of time and are told in order to be able to take off you have to find your own coverage for the time you're off. So, if off a week then you have to find people to cover your 60 hours if you don't then you don't go!
