      Management is very caring of their team, salary is competitive, the company is progressive. It’s been valuable being able to balance work and family. Stress is minimal.

      Cons

      Health benefits are expensive, no vision insurance, not all departments get performance based salary increases.

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
