      Pros

      I loved the staff I worked with directly. The foster families and children I worked with were amazing and kept me in this job.

      Cons

      Laughable wages with no raises. Constant demands and threatens from middle and upper management. Corrupt "leaders" in the corporate office. People are promoted into leadership positions with minimum qualifications and a "yes man" attitude.

      Rewarding work. Easy work. Great management team. Incredible opportunity to promote. Put in your work and you will be extremely satisfied.

      Cons

      Foster care is not for the faint of heart. Recruiting is a bit of a hassle and an antiquated method for advertisement. You lose an entire day when placing yard signs.
