      Pros

      - Lots of overtime, if you want it - Safe and clean work environment - Healthcare benefits are decent

      Cons

      - Employees are horribly compensated (most depend on the endless mandatory overtime to make a living). - Management is not interested in the real problems holding back the production process and regularly do nothing when an issue is brought to their attention. - Horrible disconnect between the development and manufacturing teams. - The integrated systems and network that Benchmark's processes depend on are broken and regularly go down. - Many people are held back from promotional opportunities as their current departments do not want to deal with replacing them.

      Pros

      Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

      Cons

      Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

      Met some good people while there that are still friends.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
