Pros
Many Nice people once you get to know them. Nice steady Paycheck and Bonuses. Many opportunities to learn new processes and things at same level pay for say. Very flexible with hours and overtime as well as paid time off.
Cons
Not much career growth opportunities. CEO not very friendly as well as other staff. You can say good morning and they completely ignore you. You can be there for years and go up for a higher position but never elected. Someone else from outside is elected or someone that has been there for a couple years. You first walk in to a line of duty and everyone seems territorial maybe due to the amount of years that they have worked there. HR is really not responsive to certain policy rules to those that are veterans and only to those that are new. Rules and policy is reinstated randomly when someones complaints but there is really never anything done about it. I have seen drunk people operating heavy machines, harassment and discrimination and never knew the outcome of it. Pay scales get raised but its a joke sometimes .2 cents or something of that sort. Reviews and pay scales never really match to a person that really tries hard to do everyones work. Sometimes Supervisors never really see these things unless the employee tells the supervisor. Sometimes you or an employee that is working in the company may not be as outspoken (or Brag) and just goes to work to do their job. That they at times get that reviews because they're not noticed while others go and visit many other coworkers during the day to chit chat.
