Pros

Really good job with good training and onboarding for new grads. Felt supported in my first year of practice.

Cons

You will always be double booked. A few times I was triple booked. I still have nightmares about it to this day. They make a lot of effort to say how important work life balance is but do a poor job of actually doing anything about it. They blame the employee for being stressed and burnt out and are quick to blame personal life instead of unrealistic work expectations for feeling tired. Some good people are there but the higher ups only want more money like every other corporation.
