TERRIBLE!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! - Physical Therapist Assistant BenchMark Rehab Partners Employee Review

1. hours! was nothing to work 10 hours including driving 45 minutes one way to another clinic in different town due to "slow caseload" at home clinic per management. Never had any difficulty with caseload and patients till private outpatient practice was bought out by benchmark, that was the owner's biggest regret. Also would like to mention, the owner of the clinic/PT was fired due to "budget" and not making enough money after if built that clinic from the ground up. 2. unrealistic expectations. 5 patients scheduled at every 45 minute time slot was idea. Good quality patient care was nonexistent, they only care about making money. 3. Management and higher ups in corporate are OBLIVIOUS 4. The company does not care about its employees, I was forced to work a half day on my grandmothers funeral because they WOULD not accommodate staff, brought in another P.T. to cover while my P.T./supervisor was out of town for ATC conference but required me to work half a day cause the P.T. they brought in "might not be able to handle it".
