Some of the clinics have nice work environments. Most of the clinic staff are kind and helpful
Cons
Unrealistic expectations of therapists (including being required to see 3 patients an hour) repeatedly, back to back Employ a lot of new grads with high turnover of staff (again, unrealistic expectations) Difficult to get PTO approved even with advanced notice
