Pros
Great role if you like to be active; keeps you moving and on your feet. Fun and friendly coworkers; loved the PT's, OC's, and patients I worked with. Lots of interpersonal interaction.
Cons
My direct boss did a great job expressing appreciation for my efforts, but her hands were tied when it came to monetary compensation. Overall the company grossly undervalues their support staff.
