Many examples of people starting at a base position who have been able to work towards management, educators, local and global leadership. Number 1 focus = patient care. Quality care measured by patient satisfaction and outcomes.

If you are not changing you are dying. Our organization does ask a lot of people. We ask for flexibility in thinking and actions. That is not always easy for everyone.
