Pros
The owners are very easy to work with and care about their employees. They always make sure the work load is reasonable and that you are taken care of. The pay is very fair and you can determine how much or how little you make depending on how hard you want to work. Very fun environment to work in.
Cons
It is outside, so sometimes weather conditions aren't the best, but the owners don't expect you to overwork yourself if it is too hot or too cold.
