work-life balance is the best of anywhere in my opinion (management is keen on everyone going home at 5), i feel empowered to make decisions to perform my job, the environment is startup-like in that the products are leading edge, new and still in that "lets figure out the best way to do this" mode, very casual environment, plenty of room to grow, people are like one big family, all the high tech tools i need are provided, accessible environment, great customers

if you need to be told exactly what to do and how to meet goals, this is not the place, you are expected to use your own best practices, this is not a place for procrastination, also you need to be able to move fast and wear many hats, no hiding

Employee oriented, great CEO, modern office, free coffee (all day long), growing company, every department works close together as a TEAM to get things done. This company really dedicates their time to make sure all employees are comfortable and satisfied with their work environment.

Benefits, lack of structure, growing pains for a company on the rise. Pay is OK for some job departments.
