Pros
I have worked at town thorns for over 11 years, I worked firstly in the kitchen. Really enjoyed it, I worked with a great team. I then moved onto Care in 2016. I have been caring for residents here ever since. I work with an amazing team, everyone is so friendly here. Town thorns is a lovely place to work. It speaks for itself with how long I've been here.
Cons
I would say the down side is that we never seem to get many new faces through the door. I guess that's due to being out in the sticks. And maybe the fact if you are a mum the hours aren't great or flexible when it comes to child care.
