Pros
Good, strong leadership who care about employees and people are great to work with. You have the opportunity to take on new challenges. Work is varied within my team. It's a supportive place to work and grow in your role. Pay is decent for a not for profit and work/life balance is actively encouraged. Culture within teams is good - it's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Not many benefits - yet - however the company is not for profit which needs to be taken into account. There are some things which could be given to staff for free though e.g embrace a certain amount of flexible / agile working for some staff. Holiday entitlement needs to be looked at along with other potential incentives. A lot of change has been happening and will continue to happen and for some this can be unsettling however it is all for the greater good.
