Pay - Machine Operator Bemis Manufacturing Employee Review

The pay is way to low other jobs doing same work starting out at $17.50 an up but not bemis n Lenoir $15hr is all they pay breaks 10 20 10 can't go to ur car or leave to go grab some lunch one yr raise was 4% shift difference pay is 20 cent all other companies is minimum dollar this is the lowest paying job out here n Lenoir NC McDonald's pays more.. say they competitor pay match but they don't.. n they wonder y people quit OVER WORKED N UNDER PAID...all employees need a 2 dollar raise n starting pay should b at least 17 or 18 a HR
