Many very nice people, who truly are great colleagues. Some great business ideas that could work well in a different environment.

Poor management. Struggles to launch a single working service. Strategy changes every month. Anger management issues. Major changes to the job description and job title at the contract signing meeting.

Can’t think of any pros.

Horrible Managment and middle Managment. CEO is an absolute psychopath who only care about himself and his brother. Argues with other Managment all the time. He frequently yells at people for no apparent reason. Middle management is scared and will blame other employees for their mistakes to save themself. Most employees leave within 6-9 months or as soon as they can get another job. STAY AWAY!!
