Pros
I love the reactions on patient's faces when they hear things for the first time. Some have even cried they are so happy to be able to hear things as simple as a piece of paper being shuffled. The work is easy if you are good at multitasking, open to constant changes, and attention to detail. Nearly everyone I work with at Beltone is kind and ready to help when you have questions. They have been great at working with me around a medical issue and that means a lot.
Cons
Employee insurance is high and not all that great. Not enough focused training. The worst part of the job duties is calling on patient's insurance because you can never get a person and the automated system does not have an option to specify hearing aid benefits.
